Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, sending a message to our WhatsApp number, or using our Canvas web app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Flowrad.

2. Who can use Flowrad

Flowrad is intended for use by licensed radiologists and authorised members of their teams. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to handle the patient data you process through Flowrad. By using Flowrad, you confirm you have the legal basis and consent required to process patient data under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Not a medical device

Flowrad is a productivity tool, not a medical device. Reports generated by Flowrad are drafts. You — the qualified radiologist — are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and signing off on every report before it is used for clinical care. We make no warranty that any report is free of errors, omissions, or hallucinations.

4. Credits and billing

• One credit = one finished report.
• Monthly subscription credits are granted on the first day of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Top-up credits never expire and are consumed after monthly credits are exhausted.
• All prices are quoted in INR exclusive of applicable taxes (GST etc.). Taxes are added at checkout.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay. By paying you agree to Razorpay's terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone outside your team.
• Use Flowrad for any purpose other than generating radiology reports from your own dictations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use Flowrad to handle data you do not have legal authority to process.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend the service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

7. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Flowrad in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or clinical damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Material changes are announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
