Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@flowrad.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until the cycle ends.
Refunds — monthly subscription
If you cancel within 7 days of the first charge of a new subscription and have used fewer than 50 credits in that period, we will refund the subscription fee in full. After that window, monthly payments are non-refundable; you keep the credits already granted and they remain usable until your cycle ends.
Refunds — top-up packs
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been credited to your account. If a credit grant failed due to a technical error on our side after a successful payment, please email support@flowrad.ai within 30 days and we will either credit the missing amount or refund the payment.
Faulty service
If Flowrad has materially failed to deliver the service (e.g. extended outage, repeated incorrect outputs that we have not resolved), email us and we will issue credits or a partial refund proportional to the affected period.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank-side processing may add a further 3–5 days depending on your card issuer.
How to request
Email support@flowrad.ai with:
- The email or phone number on the account
- The payment ID (visible in your Razorpay receipt)
- A short description of the reason
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
