Refund & Cancellation Policy

No subscription, no cancellation needed
FlowRad is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits once and they sit on your account forever — there is nothing to cancel. To stop using FlowRad, simply stop buying credits; your remaining balance stays usable indefinitely.
Refunds — credit purchases
Credit purchases (PAYG amounts and bulk packs) are non-refundable once credits have landed on your account, because the credits never expire — you retain full value of the purchase whenever you choose to use them.
If a credit grant failed due to a technical error on our side after a successful payment (rare), please email support@flowrad.ai within 30 days and we will either credit the missing amount or refund the payment.
Legacy subscriptions
If you bought a monthly or annual plan before our v2 pricing change, it will continue to renew on Razorpay until you cancel. To cancel, email support@flowrad.ai with your account email or phone number and we will stop the auto-renewal at the end of the current cycle. Credits granted by legacy subscriptions are now non-expiring like all other credits.
Faulty service
If FlowRad has materially failed to deliver the service (e.g. extended outage, repeated incorrect outputs that we have not resolved), email us and we will issue credits or a partial refund proportional to the affected period.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank-side processing may add a further 3–5 days depending on your card issuer.
How to request
Email support@flowrad.ai with:
- The email or phone number on the account
- The payment ID (visible in your Razorpay receipt)
- A short description of the reason
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
